One of the early real estate developers which saw the promise and potential of Marikina is Horizon Land Property Development Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Federal Land, Inc. It developed 17 hectares of prime land along Sumulong Highway for high-rise condominiums for sale. Booking Rules

To ensure an organized and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines when reserving our facilities:

1. Door Charge

* There will be a 50 pesos door charge per head regardless if player or non-player.

2. Advance Booking Rules:

  • Reservations must be made two days in advance. Use the following guide to determine when you can book:
  • Sunday: Reserve for Tuesday.
  • Monday: Reserve for Wednesday.
  • Tuesday: Reserve for Thursday.
  • Wednesday: Reserve for Friday.
  • Thursday: Reserve for Saturday.
  • Friday: Reserve for Sunday.
  • Saturday: Reserve for Monday.

3. Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Due to Bad Weather
    • Priority re-booking
    • if schedules do not match, full refund of payment
  • MPSC initiated cancellation
    • Priority re-booking
    • if schedules do not match, full refund of payment
  • Client initiated cancellation
    • at least 1 month of booking date – full refund
    • 3 weeks before booking date – 50% refund
    • 2 weeks before booking date – 20% refund
    • 1 week before booking date – no refund
